Can you deliver to the ferry pier?
Absolutely. Share your arrival time and Ireen will be waiting at Mae Haad pier. You step off the boat and ride straight to where you're staying.
What if something happens to the bike?
Ireen walks around the bike with you at pickup and again when you return it — both of you get the photos. Small scuffs from island life are just part of it. If something bigger comes up, Ireen sorts it with you directly, no drama.
Is the free dive course deal real?
Yes — book your Open Water course with Go Diving Koh Tao and Ireen includes a free 3-day scooter. Message her to set it up.
Can I extend my rental?
Just message Ireen and keep the bike. Extra days go at your agreed rate. Cross 3 total days and the lower rate applies automatically.
What do I need to bring?
Just your passport and an open mind. Ireen handles everything else — the agreement takes two minutes.
